Manhas Health Co. is a multidisciplinary health and performance organisation dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Our team includes medical doctors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and wellness professionals working together to deliver integrated care across performance training, rehabilitation, aesthetics, and preventative health.

We are growing quickly and expanding our digital presence through educational content, service promotion, and technology — including the development of the Manhas Health app, which supports clients on their health and performance journey.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Content Creator to help capture and share the story of our work, our people, and the results we help clients achieve. The Content Creator will work under the Marketing Department.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing content that showcases our services, products, programs, and expertise across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with our team of experts to produce content related to:

- Health and performance education
- Fitness & Exercises through our OTT platform.
- Client success stories and transformations
- Clinic services and products
- Community and lifestyle content

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, video production, and working in a fast-paced health and wellness setting.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage digital content across platforms, including:

Content Creation





- Film and edit short- and long-form videos
- Capture photos and videos of treatments, workouts, and clinic activities
- Produce educational content featuring our various experts.
- Develop content related to our OTT platform.
- Support launches, campaigns, and events

Content Planning
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with marketing goals
- Maintain a weekly or monthly content calendar
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams
- Identify trends in health, fitness, and wellness content

Publishing & Platform Management
- Post content across OTT & social media platforms
- Optimize content for engagement and reach
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging
- Track performance and suggest improvements

- Workout and performance training content
- Rehabilitation and injury recovery content
- Health education and wellness tips
- Product showcases
- App features and updates
- Behind-the-scenes clinic content

Requirements We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative and detail-oriented
- Comfortable filming and editing video content
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Reliable and consistent




- Comfortable working in a clinical or fitness environment
- Able to communicate clearly with team members

Preferred Skills

Experience with

- Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Photography and videography
- Social media content creation
- Short-form video production
- Canva or graphic design tools
- Content planning or scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of health, fitness, or wellness (preferred but not required)

Compensation $20 – $23 per hour
