Main Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accurate reporting, compliant with regulatory standards.

Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with the President.

Implement and maintain financial controls (including internal policies and procedures) to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Oversee the payroll and compliance with labour regulatory requirements.





Implement and optimize accounting software systems.

- Assists the President to develop and implement strategies to grow the company on the top and bottom line.
- Additional responsibilities as requested by your manager.

Key Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience as a Controller or similar senior accounting role. (10+ year’s experience in accounting and finance and an accounting designation, CA, CPA, CGA)

Experience in account analysis, account reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable processes, budgeting and financial forecasting.

Robust proficiency with accounting software.

Proficiency in payroll management and related tax regulations.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
