Position Summary The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Digital and Consumer Marketing as well as the Senior Director of Brand and Consumer Marketing to implement our brand and consumer marketing strategy, developing, executing, and reporting on web, email, and ad campaigns, while supporting various other marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in helping drive fan engagement, ticket sales, merchandise sales, and overall brand awareness for both the Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.

Key Responsibilities Build and deploy email campaigns





Design and update websites and create landing pages

Manage paid advertising campaigns

Track and report on email and advertising campaign performance

Generate leads and drive demand for events and products

Manage first-party data

Build segmented audiences

Build reports and dashboards

Copywriting

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Passion for sports, media, and marketing

Proficiency using email marketing tools

Experience with Meta advertising

Proficiency with content management systems and experience building webpages

Familiarity with Google Analytics

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or Braze is an asset

Knowledge of the Canadian sports landscape, particularly the CFL and Canadian Premier League, is an asset Qualifications Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role

Required experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills

Very robust written communication skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals

Collaborative and proactive approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
