We seek a Corporate Legal Counsel specializing in securities law and regulatory compliance in a rapid-paced fintech environment. As our new Corporate Legal Counsel, you will focus on compliance, public policy, and securities matters related to cryptocurrency businesses.

This role requires at least five years of experience and a keen understanding of Canadian securities regulations. Collaborating with compliance, product, and executive teams, you will help ensure that Ndax meets all legal obligations. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and interpret laws affecting the cryptocurrency sector
- Develop policies in line with evolving regulations




- Analyze cryptocurrency assets for compliance with securities laws
- Support compliance with client complaints and legal proceedings

Requirements:
