Ipec Homes is a local Land Developer and Home Builder in Camrose and Area since 2002.

We are currently looking for a motivated individual who would like to join our team as a Crew Forman. This individual must possess; great communication skills, can take orders and directions from upper management, a can do attitude, be able to work independently and with a team and give clear and precise directions to individuals.

: Successful candidate will be in charge of running a 2-6 man crew. Task will include but are not limited to. General residential task such as carpentry work, concrete prep and flat work, foundation prep, dirt work, landscaping and other general tasks.





Successful Candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Preference will be given to someone with a journeyman carpenter ticket but it is not required.

Must have a valid class 5 drivers license. Not willing to re locate someone for the job.
