QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in telecom, AI, data science, or software development projects
- Strong ability to understand of telecom commercial processes (tariffs and offers, campaigns, customer segmentation,



retention and churn management, Upsell / cross-sell )
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and data/AI requirements
- Experience in analytics use cases (Churn prediction, CLV, Segmentation, Recommendation / Next Best Offer)
- Experience working with CRM, CDP, or BSS systems
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles
- Understanding of decisioning systems / next best action platforms

- We are looking for a business-driven product & analytics expert to join our product development team to help our telecom clients translate AI and Digital Twin capabilities into real business value. This role sits between product, data/AI, sales, and customer business teams, ensuring that AI-driven capabilities are transformed into concrete use cases, CRM actions, and measurable commercial outcomes.
- You will play a key role in defining, explaining, and implementing AI use cases such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value (CLV), next best offer, and campaign optimization on top of our Digital Twin of the Customer platform.
- This role is a business management and analytics translation role focused on turning AI capabilities into business impact for telecom operators.
