We are hiring for a Customer Service Consultant

Role Description:

Congdon's is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. Your areas of focus will include Ostomy, Incontinence, Wound care, Walkers, and Independent Living Aids. You will work closely with our team and clients.



You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by providing them with the necessary supplies and support.

You must have:

- Ostomy, Continence, and Wound care knowledge.
- AADL, NIHB, DVA, WCB Knowledge.
- Compression garments and Mastectomy experience is an asset.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You must be:

- Self confident, friendly, and compassionate.
- Mature, patient and professional.
- Dependable and have a strong work ethic.
- Organized and self motivated.
- Consistent and pay attention to detail.

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
