Responsibilities include answering inquiries, demonstrating tools, and engaging clients with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly
- Engage clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate use of power tools and outdoor tools
- Manage multiple projects with professionalism
- Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills are a must
- English reading and writing proficiency
- Ability to solve simple math problems
- Must lift at least 50lbs regularly
