- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Use data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and document resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs while maintaining a helpful attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.




- Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
