Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Work From Home) Location: Canada Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $30 - $35 CAD per hour Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Verify data accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents.

Organise and manage files and documents to ensure they are easily accessible.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.





Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various projects as needed.

Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.

Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with solid skills in MS Excel.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
