Responsibilities

- Verify the documents and forms, ensure all the information on the documents and forms completed correctly and match the info in the systems.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Attending meetings and have ability to escalate the issue

Knowledge & Experience

- 2-3 years related experience
- English & French ability to read, write and general communication

Skills & Competencies

- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word, Power Point, PDF
- Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
- Adapt quicky and keep managers updated always
