Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Director to lead our early childhood education center with enthusiasm and dedication. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, and ensure that high-quality care and education are delivered consistently. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and promote a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere where children can thrive and develop their full potential.

Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of teachers and caregiving staff to deliver exceptional early childhood education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote learning, social-emotional growth, and development.
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies to ensure a secure environment for children and staff.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, updates on children’s progress, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Oversee enrollment processes, including tours, admissions paperwork,



and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate staff training opportunities focused on classroom experience, caregiving techniques, and working with children with disabilities or special needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings or caregiving roles.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies for young learners.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of educators and caregivers effectively.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with families and staff members.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred.
