Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC 5x week onsite.

This role is responsible for leading the deployment of current manufacturing technologies, managing projects end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives from concept through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technology deployment projects from planning through production implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change management activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year working as a Project Manager




- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, industrialization, production readiness, or manufacturing technology implementation.
- Experience supporting inspection, metrology, quality systems, or production process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to organizational change management or large-scale transformation programs

- Fully Bilingual French/English

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, dimensional inspection, and GD&T.;
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Experience assessing technology readiness and moving solutions from development into production environments.
- Understanding of digital manufacturing, automation, data analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives

The rate for this job is $32/hr - $47/hr
