ABELDENT KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST!!!! (please do not apply without abeldent office experience) We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to be part of our office to work in our office.
Our busy dental practice is searching for a dedicated Dental Receptionist which can keep up with our busy office and tend to our patients needs when necessary.
An ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and must a team player.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering the phone to help patients needs
-Billing treatment and sending estimates
-Collecting patient differences
-Calling insurances for dental breakdowns and fully understanding patients insurance in order to schedule our patients accordingly
-Doing Recalls
-Going through COVID19 forms with patients and preparing them in advance for our office
...etc (to be discussed in interview)
We are looking for:
-1 Year experience as a ----> Dental Receptionist <------
-Successful completion of a dental reception program
-Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Robust knowledge the ABLEDent program
Multitasking is a must!
