Our neighbourhood dental practice in West Toronto is looking to hire a DENTAL RECEPTIONIST. We are hoping to find someone to work with us long-term. Our ideal candidate has PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as a dental receptionist with knowledge of the Autopia/Opus Software System and is proficient with computers in general. He/She would be reliable, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Please only apply if you have DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE.
Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, communicating with insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, and processing payments.
Typical hours would be Monday-Thursday and alternate Saturdays, with Tuesday being a half day. This job is approximately 32 hours per week.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
