Role Description This is a full-time remote Designer role responsible for contributing to the visual and functional design of recreational products and environments. The Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, create detailed drawings, and refine designs that align with brand standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day work includes producing digital design assets, iterating on layouts and product features, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring design files are organized and production-ready.

The role also involves reviewing feedback from consultants and clients,



making data-informed design adjustments, and supporting continuous improvement of the overall design process.

Qualifications

Robust skills in industrial, product, or graphic design, with proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., CAD tools, Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience translating client requirements into practical, secure, and visually appealing recreational or spatial design concepts.

Ability to create clear design documentation, specifications, and drawings suitable for manufacturing or implementation.

Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with distributed teams and consultants.

Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas, incorporating feedback, and working with non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to accessibility, safety, and inclusive design principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in recreation, playground, or outdoor product design is a plus, as is familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations.
