- Design, develop and evolve software applications that meet organizational needs
- Develop implementation strategies and document technical solutions
- Develop applications using Java and SQL technologies using development best practices
- Perform automated testing to ensure the quality, safety, and stability of the solutions
- Ensure the harmonious integration of technical components and solve the problems encountered
- Install, configure and implement applications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Plan, coordinate and prioritize development activities in order to meet objectives and deadlines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, processes and technological solutions.

The profile sought is as follows: Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role





- Have development experience in agile and waterfall environments
- Proficiency in Java and SQL languages and related technologies
- Demonstrate expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and MapStruct
- Design application programming interfaces and microservices architectures
- Use Maven, Git, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration and deployment mechanisms
- Apply software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns
- Understand cloud concepts and up-to-date architecture principles
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve the efficiency and quality of development
- Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy and a willingness to learn continuously
- Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with team members and actively contribute to the achievement of common goals.
