Intown seeks a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and expand our donor base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing donor relationships, identifying and securing recent funding opportunities, and managing the planning and execution of our annual campaign. This role is key to advancing our mission and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of our programs and services.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, and key stakeholders while developing strategies that deepen engagement and ensure long‑term support Identify, research, and engage new individual, corporate, and foundation prospects,
