Mission Valley Post Acute is looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. If you enjoy working in a healthcare setting and are passionate about providing excellent service to residents, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation

- $18.54–$19.54 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

- Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to prescribed diets
- Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation guidelines
- Stock food and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety, infection control, and dietary department policies
- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff




- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent resident care
