We're looking for an Art Director to lead the artistic vision of our upcoming game.

You'll lead a talented, distributed art team and work closely with design, narrative, and technical leads to marry creative ambition with technical execution. Refine and evolve the project's existing art direction and establish clear quality benchmarks. Lead a World-Class Art Team.

Recruit, mentor, and guide artists across multiple disciplines including concept, character, environment, and VFX. Ensure visual consistency across all elements of the game, supporting strong world-building and player immersion. Create and maintain style guides, best practices, and technical standards that empower the team to succeed.

Balance

Creativity with Technical Constraints. Partner with engineers and tech artists to optimize visuals for performance without sacrificing impact. Stay on top of emerging art trends, tools, and technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible.





Demonstrated success in a creative leadership role within a game production environment. Deep experience across multiple artistic disciplines (concept art, environment, characters, VFX). Hands-on knowledge of art pipelines and production using Unreal Engine.

Excellent communicator with a talent for feedback, mentorship, and building collaborative team cultures. A balanced mindset, creative vision meets practical production sensibility. A passion for crafting rich, emotionally resonant game worlds.
