Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard working and motivated individual to join our team as a Horizontal Directional Driller! This position would require you to be a problem solver, self sufficient with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Qualifications

- Can Operate a Horizontal Directional Drill
- Can Operate a HDD Locating box
- Construction background/Experience
- Experienced with underground utilities work
- Detail Orientated
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Communication
- Organizational Skills

Responsibilities

- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor drilling progress and adjust equipment as necessary
- Understanding fibre optics installation
- Maintain drilling equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective drilling operations
- Maintaining a variety of documentation including but not limited to accident or incident reports, driver logbook,



inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), maintenance/ repair reports and trip reports

Pay $30 - $42/hour, depending on experience.
