- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Coordinate internal teams to develop compelling client solutions and proposals

Indigenous Partnerships & Relationship Development
Strong Indigenous engagement is critical within the Energy & Resources sector.This role requires someone who understands that partnership development is built through consistency, respect, credibility, patience, and long-term relationship building — not transactional sales behavior.
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Indigenous business partners
- Support partnership development aligned with client and regional expectations
- Participate in long-term relationship and community engagement initiatives
- Represent Sodexo professionally and credibly in all stakeholder interactions
- Work collaboratively with Indigenous partners in support of shared prospect development
