- Direct management and support for governance activities
- Offer comprehensive guidance on jurisdiction and policy
- Oversee organization of governance meetings and documentation
- Execute the continuous improvement of governance processes
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements:

- Relevant degree in Public Administration or Management
- 5-7 years of experience in governance support
- Proven track record in post-secondary governance
- Supervisory experience in an academic context
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
