Today, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our client CCNuclear , a growing Canadian company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for the nuclear industry.
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and implementing best practices to achieve the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
You will become part of a growing organization where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and continuous operational improvement. Lead daily operations to ensure efficient execution while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Optimize the use of human, material, and financial resources to maximize operational performance. Support operational budgeting while monitoring costs and key performance indicators.
Champion a strong culture of health, safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational success.
Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies that support business growth. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives alongside senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience within industrial, manufacturing, energy, nuclear, construction, utilities, or related environments. Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.
Experience managing operational budgets, resources, and performance metrics. Robust knowledge of health and safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements. Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications.
