- Participate in health and safety reviews and policies
- Optimize operations to enhance production efficiency




- Develop equipment line-up sheets in compliance with site protocols
- Utilize Fleet Control and digital tools for equipment efficiency
- Mentor team members to achieve operational targets

Requirements:

- Minimum three years mining experience
- At least one year of WENCO Fleet Management System experience
- Strong digital literacy and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Willingness to obtain a valid Shift Boss ticket
