- 6+ years of retail planning experience spanning Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Space Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end planning transformations

- Deep functional expertise in the Retail and Consumer Products sectors, including exposure to grocery, mass, specialty, or apparel formats and their distinct planning operating models

- Hands-on implementation experience with leading retail planning and planning solutions such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, or SAP, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, and go-live support

- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagement teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships up to the VP/CxO level, and drive change adoption across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations

- Track record of business development contribution, including proposal development, RFP responses, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts

- French is required to serve Quebec-based clients and comply with provincial language expectations

- Willingness to travel within Quebec and across Canada
