Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant or hotel dining services. Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in meal service
- Follow food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are required
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal




- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely service and uphold hospitality standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus
