GENERAL SUMMARY:

As a Dishwasher and a core part of our Moxy crew, you’ll keep dishes, glassware, and cookware sparkling. You own the dish pit—a vital part of our food story—with responsible pride and energy. With you on the line, every guest gets a clean start and every team member has what they need, when they need it.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a kitchen, hotel, or restaurant is a plus.
- Great work ethic and pride in cleanliness and organization.
- Quick on your feet, solid focus, and happy to flex for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Detail-oriented with the stamina to stay strong on long, active shifts.
- Food Handler’s Certification an asset.

Preferred Extras:

- Familiarity with Marriott or hotel brand standards.
- Team player—lifts up others and jumps in where needed.
- Good communicator and eager to learn, teach, and cheer on your crew.

Physical Requirements:

- Able to stand and hustle for long periods (up to 8 hours).
- Can lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push full carts up to 250 lbs.
- Not afraid of heat, steam, or moving fast!
- Used to bending, reaching, and repetitive motion work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Keep It Clean:

- Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and organize dishes, glasses, pots, and pans.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and selfie-ready at all times.
- Practice top-notch safety and hygiene—because clean is cool.

Support the Crew:

- Keep kitchenware flowing and ready for busy meal periods.




- Help unload and put away deliveries and keep the storerooms neat.
- Jump in to help prep, sweep, mop, or sort trash/recycling as needed.

Shine Behind the Scenes:

- Operate dish machines safely and efficiently.
- Tackle trash and recycling promptly.
- Wipe down surfaces, sweep, and keep the dish pit a clean zone.
