Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to manage our 300,000+ sq. ft. distribution centre in Edmonton, Alberta.
This is not a desk-only management position. We need someone who can take ownership of a large, fast-moving operation and lead from the floor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
✅ Leading and developing our warehouse and distribution teams
✅ Improving receiving, picking, packing and shipping performance
✅ Managing container unloading and product flow
✅ Maintaining a clean, organized and safe facility
✅ Improving inventory accuracy and warehouse systems
✅ Establishing clear expectations, accountability and performance standards
✅ Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions
✅ Supporting the continued growth of our retail store network
We are looking for someone with proven experience managing a large warehouse, distribution centre or high-volume logistics operation.
The right person will be organized, decisive, accountable and comfortable managing people in a demanding workplace. They must be able to balance daily execution with long-term operational improvement.
