Engineering Specialist, Viva Engage | Montreal (Hybrid, 3x/week)

Soho Square Solutions is hiring an Engineering Specialist to build and support Viva Engage for a major enterprise client's Content and Knowledge Management fleet, alongside Box, Confluence, and Qualtrics.

You'll develop migration tooling to move legacy platforms onto Viva Engage, board business units, and build integrations using the Microsoft Graph SDK across Viva Engage and SharePoint Online. You'll work directly with LDAP/Web Proxy Engineering and Security Architecture teams, and carry production support through an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

Build and maintain Viva Engage migration and onboarding tooling in C#/.NET/PowerShell

Integrate Microsoft 365 services via Graph API

Troubleshoot integration and onboarding issues to resolution

Own documentation for deployments, configs, and operational standards





Coordinate with SaaS vendors and internal security/governance teams

What you bring

8+ years building enterprise applications in C#, .NET, SharePoint

Hands-on Graph API development against Microsoft 365

Robust PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell skills

OAuth/SAML and enterprise identity integration experience

Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have: Viva Engage/Teams interplay, GenAI dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), eComms/DLP/information barrier exposure, HTTPS/TLS/proxy fundamentals.
