Duties

- Safely operate vehicles for transporting children, seniors, or clients, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing seat belts, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and minor upkeep
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding schedules, routes, and any delays or changes in plans
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs courteously and professionally
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs




- Support in coordinating transportation schedules for multiple clients, including special needs or senior care appointments

Skills

- Proven experience working with children or seniors in a caregiving or transportation capacity
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, to serve diverse communities effectively
- Strong communication skills for engaging with passengers, team members, and caregivers
- Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics for troubleshooting minor issues and performing routine maintenance
- Customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to teach or guide passengers on safety procedures when necessary
- Writing skills for completing logs, reports, or documentation accurately
