Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Swamper to join our dynamic team! Duties

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify their condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for record-keeping purposes
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any delivery issues
- Support the driver in navigating routes,



managing traffic, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle operation and cargo handling

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial or heavy vehicles is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of loading or unloading cargo
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatchers
- Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving, loading, and unloading tasks
- Attention to detail for inspecting vehicles, verifying shipments, and completing documentation accurately
