Key Responsibilities:
• Perform undercover investigations focusing on theft and suspicious activities • Document incidents and maintain detailed case files accurately • Collaborate with management to develop loss prevention techniques • Execute lawful apprehensions in accordance with legal standards • Observe and report on behaviors indicating potential theft
Requirements: • Must have BC Security Worker License and Advanced Security Training • Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in retail • Prior experience in undercover loss prevention beneficial • Robust skills in observation and communication • Flexible with work hours and willing to travel as needed
