Become the East Region Director of Capacity, Access & Flow at Ontario Health. Enhance patient care and streamline healthcare access as a leader in this impactful role. Working under the Vice President, you’ll leverage local data to address healthcare challenges and build meaningful partnerships. Your leadership will champion initiatives that support clinical capacity and the overall flow in the health system. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and evaluate healthcare access strategies
- Identify barriers using regional healthcare data
- Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders in health
- Drive innovative programs for system flow
- Participate in strategic planning discussions Requirements:
- Master’s degree in health administration or related field
- Minimum eight years of leadership experience required
- Direct clinical experience is necessary
- Expertise in project and change management
