We're looking for an experienced EDI Subject Matter Expert to support business stakeholders and integration initiatives related to the OpenText Trading Grid platform. The ideal candidate brings solid EDI standards knowledge, strong requirements gathering skills, and enough supply chain and SAP familiarity to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary North American EDI subject matter expert for the engagement

- Gather and document business and technical requirements related to EDI initiatives

- Provide guidance on EDI standards including EDIFACT, OASIS, and ANSI X12

- Support OpenText Trading Grid implementation, onboarding, and ongoing operations

- Collaborate with business, supply chain, SAP, and integration teams to support EDI initiatives and resolve issues

- Assist with trading partner onboarding, testing, and deployment activities

What You Bring





- 10+ years of experience working with EDI in a business or integration consulting capacity

- Good working knowledge of EDI standards including EDIFACT, OASIS, and ANSI X12

- Experience gathering and documenting requirements with business stakeholders

- Some familiarity with supply chain processes and SAP or integration platforms

- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

- Eligibility for a mandatory background check

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with the OpenText Trading Grid platform

- French language proficiency

- Deeper experience with SAP integration or supply chain systems

Work setup

- Hybrid in Montreal, QC 3 days onsite per week

- 12+ month contract

- English required; French is a plus
