We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to estimate and run commercial electrical projects from bid through closeout. This is a dual-role position for a seasoned qualified who can win work through accurate, competitive estimates and then deliver it on time and on budget.

Location: Windsor Ontario— candidates should be within commuting distance or willing to relocate.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for commercial electrical projects, including takeoffs, labor, material, and equipment pricing.
- Review plans, specifications, and scope to identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes; build and submit competitive bid proposals.
- Manage awarded projects end-to-end — scheduling, budgets, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate field crews, foremen, vendors, and general contractors to keep work on schedule and on budget.
- Track project costs and progress, and report status to leadership and clients.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with the NEC, local codes, and company standards.

What You’ll Bring




- Proven experience estimating and managing commercial electrical projects (5+ years preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license. Electrical license or trade background required.
