Your role involves outreach, employer engagement, and supporting newcomers and mid-skill workers to thrive in the manufacturing industry. Your collaborative work with ACCES staff will optimize participant outcomes and enhance community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute outreach and employer marketing strategies • Monitor and support participant job placements • Coordinate job fairs and networking activities • Provide employment coaching and group sessions • Ensure culturally appropriate employment services are delivered

Requirements: • Business-related degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years in job development or employment counseling • Proficient communication and networking skills • Familiarity with labour market trends • Experience with diverse populations and employers
