Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT best practices
Assess the accuracy and real-world applicability of AI outputs against your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance
Provide structured, detailed feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and administrative workflows
Leverage your knowledge of system configuration, deployment, and optimization to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or equivalent platforms
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and real-world practicality of healthcare IT guidance
Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based workplace Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting
Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
