SYSTRA Canada is seeking an Engineering Lead to provide governance and coordinate design for its High-Speed Rail programme. Elevate infrastructures through strategic leadership and collaboration across various disciplines. Reporting directly to the Facilities Design Director, this pivotal role focuses on the integration of high-speed rail systems from the design phase through commissioning.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring that projects meet operational requirements and lifecycle performance targets. Your skills in regulatory frameworks and design assurance will be crucial for stakeholder interactions and project compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Facilities Development Strategy and design maturity




- Prepare engineering reports and oversee design approvals
- Manage risks and ensure budget alignment
- Collaborate on program-wide interface management
- Optimize delivery strategies and performance metrics Requirements:
- Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent
- 15+ years of infrastructure experience
- Min 10 years in leadership roles
- Rail or high-speed rail experience
- Experience with Design-Build models Champion high-speed rail design and governance with SYSTRA Canada, ensuring a future-proof transportation infrastructure.
