About the Role: You will provide person-centred nursing care under the direction of a Registered

Nurse/Midwife, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care across a rural healthcare setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to patient assessment, care planning, health education, quality improvement and the supervision of students and assistants, while continuing to develop your clinical skills and professional practice. Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligible to hold a current practising certificate.

Experience providing nursing care in accordance with professional standards of practice.





Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and deliver person-centred care.
