At Habitat Vans, we design and manufacture premium van conversion components that help people build their dream adventure vans. Our products are known for their quality, thoughtful design, and precision craftsmanship. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our production team.

No previous van conversion experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of our production team, you'll help build and assemble high-quality van conversion components while learning a variety of new skills, including:

Assist with the assembly and installation of van conversion components

Install flooring, insulation, wall panels, ceiling panels, and cabinetry

Learn basic 12V wiring and electrical installation

Safely use hand and power tools

Help operate CNC machines, laser cutters, and 3D printers (training provided)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Work closely with teammates to meet production goals

Contribute ideas to improve products and manufacturing processes

As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to work alongside our engineering team on product development and custom projects.

Previous experience with woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, CNC equipment, or power tools is considered an asset—but is not required. We are happy to train the right person.

What We Offer

Starting wage of $24.00/hour
