Supporting facilities in Cambridge and Brantford, you will lead a dedicated team while sustaining Aecon’s EHS Management System. Your expertise in occupational health and environmental compliance will be pivotal in shaping our safety culture and practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and sustain EHS Management System
- Represent EHS concerns with internal stakeholders
- Manage critical occupational health risks
- Promote nuclear safety and procedural adherence
- Support environmental compliance efforts

Requirements:

- 7+ years of EHS experience, with 2 years in leadership
- Solid preference for background in nuclear environments
- Relevant post-secondary education required
- CRSP designation mandatory; other certifications an asset
- Proficiency in digital tools like Cority and Microsoft 365
