About The Role We're looking for environmental management professionals to play a hands-on role in shaping how AI understands sustainability, land-use planning, and environmental decision-making. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated environmental management scenarios, analyses, and recommendations for accuracy and real-world applicability

Evaluate AI reasoning related to sustainability frameworks, impact mitigation, and resource planning

Identify gaps between theoretical environmental models and on-the-ground practice

Provide clear, structured feedback that improves the quality and reliability of AI outputs

Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of hands-on experience in environmental management, conservation, or a related field





Strong working knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental planning principles, and impact assessment

Skilled at critically evaluating written environmental analyses and identifying weaknesses

Clear and structured communicator who can translate expert judgment into actionable feedback

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment Nice to Have Master's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

Experience with environmental policy, regulatory frameworks, or compliance
