Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily equity settlement activities for Foreign Markets • Resolve complex foreign settlement issues in daily operations • Monitor operations controls and allocate breaks for resolution • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for settlement processes • Produce and present monthly operational metrics effectively

Requirements: • 7+ years in Capital Markets Operations with equity settlements expertise • Strong knowledge of Foreign Settlements, CDS, and DTC • Experience with Broadridge, Gloss, and Microsoft Copilot platforms • Proven ability to lead operational improvements and technology projects • Previous experience in a mentoring or leadership role
