Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior ERP-SAP Solution Manager to provide functional, technical, and architectural leadership across SAP sustainment and implementation initiatives. This role will support a complex SAP landscape including SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and related enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will lead solution design, integration, governance, operational support, and modernization efforts while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP solution delivery and sustainment activities across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and Workforce Software.
- Provide functional and technical leadership for SAP architecture, integrations, data migration, and enterprise solution design.
- Design and govern enterprise integrations using APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, and IT teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions.
- Establish and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management aligned with ITIL.
- Support SAP operational excellence through governance frameworks, KPIs, service improvements, documentation, and transition to support teams.
- Participate in solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing strategy, cutover planning,



and hypercare activities.
- Identify project risks, cross-system dependencies, and design gaps while driving timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, identity and access management, segregation of duties, audit controls, and data governance requirements.
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and AMS providers while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Mandatory SAP Certification (such as SAP Certified Application Associate). Proof of certification must be provided with the application.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive SAP experience supporting both implementation and sustainment initiatives.
- Minimum 4 years providing senior-level leadership on large, complex enterprise SAP implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Benefits (ECB), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience supporting payroll integrations and Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and enterprise ERP solution delivery.
- E• xpertise designing SAP integrations using APIs, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and modern integration architectures.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement,



and related business processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SAP4Me, and ITIL-based IT Service Management practices.
- Strong understanding of SAP governance, cybersecurity, identity and access management, segregation of duties, audit controls, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Experience implementing or supporting SAP Ariba, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Construction Project Management (SPM), Capital Budget Forecasting (CBF), or Annual Business Budgeting (ABB) platforms.
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience with SAP Activate, COBIT, or similar enterprise delivery methodologies.

Compensation

Salary Range: $95.00 – $115.00 per hour
