Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role based at Spa Mont Gabriel in Sainte-Adèle, QC. The Esthetician provides professional skin care treatments, including facials, body treatments, and hair removal services, following spa protocols and hygiene standards. The role involves consulting with guests to assess their needs, recommending appropriate services and products, and ensuring a comfortable, protected, and relaxing experience throughout each appointment.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing treatment rooms, managing bookings, maintaining equipment and supplies, and accurately documenting services provided. The Esthetician also supports retail sales by educating guests on skincare products,



contributes to a clean and organized spa environment, and collaborates with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with the ability to perform a range of professional facial and body treatments.

Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques (e.g., waxing, sugaring, threading) with attention to safety and client comfort.

Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a guest-centered approach.

Experience in Sales or retail support, with the ability to recommend and promote appropriate spa and skincare products.

Relevant esthetics or cosmetology certification/license, in line with provincial requirements.

Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in a spa environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and professionalism in appearance and conduct.

Basic computer or booking system skills for managing appointments and client records.

Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an asset.
