Lead impactful assessments as a Research Associate with the University of Calgary. Engage in evaluation, impact assessment, and strategic analysis to support Community Mental Health and Well-Being initiatives. The Office of Institutional Commitments is seeking a full-time Research Associate for a 24-month term.
You will become the subject-matter expert in evaluation frameworks and methodologies that demonstrate the effectiveness of UCalgary's strategies. This role requires collaboration across faculties and a high degree of qualified judgment in analytical methods. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop evaluation frameworks for institutional initiatives
- Implement evaluation methodologies for OIC projects
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data effectively
- Lead reporting systems that communicate OIC's impact
- Collaborate on integrated data visualizations and dashboards Requirements:
- PhD in social sciences, health sciences, or related field
- 8 years of experience in evaluation and impact assessment
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Familiarity with institutional commitment areas Translate complex findings into meaningful insights to elevate UCalgary's strategic goals.
