Role Description The Executive Assistant at WattByte is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This position manages calendars, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, prepares expense reports, and organizes executive correspondence and documentation.

The Executive

Assistant will draft and proofread communications, create presentations, maintain files, and support planning for internal and external meetings and events. The role includes liaison responsibilities between executives and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups, tracking key action items,



and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assistant will also assist with office coordination tasks, process invoices or basic administrative reports when needed, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Qualifications

Robust Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance activities such as document preparation, record keeping, travel arrangements, and office coordination.

Experience preparing, tracking, and reconciling Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders is preferred;

experience in technology, energy, or data center environments is an asset.

Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is beneficial.
