Three Seasons Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead our installation crew. We're seeking a motivated leader who takes pride in building exceptional landscapes, leads by example, and isn't satisfied until the job is done right.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of landscape installation experience, including leading a crew.
- Extensive experience in both hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, grading, base preparation) and softscape (planting, sod, trees, shrubs, mulch).
- Bobcat (skid steer) experience is required.
- Keen eye for detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Takes pride in their workmanship and genuinely cares about the finished product.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to speak, read,
and write English fluently.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Clean driver's abstract with a minimum 3 years of continuous insurance history in your own name.
- Reliable transportation to our shop north of Ardrossan (no public transit available).
