ServiceMaster Clean is looking for reliable and motivated Full-Time and Part-Time Janitorial Team Members to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Available Shifts

- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Some daytime shifts
- On-call project work (primarily Monday to Friday, daytime)

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect office, industrial, commercial, and medical facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean washrooms, lunchrooms, and high-touch areas
- Empty waste and recycling bins
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards

Specialized Opportunities We are also seeking experienced team members for:
- Floor stripping and waxing




- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Move-out cleaning

Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Experience in office, industrial, commercial, or medical cleaning is an asset
- A clear CPIC (Criminal Record Check) is required
- Valid driver's license is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned duties
- Robust work ethic with pride in delivering quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.80 per hour
